Our Itinerary
28th February
Kilimanjaro Airport- Ngorongoro
Pick up from Kilimanjaro airport & drive straight through Ngorongoro driving through the stunning landscape of Tanzania. Check into Sopa lodge for the night enjoying the stunning views of the crater below from our rooms.
01st March
Ngorongoro - Serengeti
Taking a very early b’fast we descend into this breathtaking world heritage site - The Ngorongoro Crater. We spend the entire morning exploring this magnificent caldera & sharing the day with the local residents. After lunch in the crater we drive thru some stunning landscapes seeing wilflife along the way to Serengeti. Check into Mbugani tented Seronera Camp. Dinner & Overnite.
02nd March
Serengeti
Early b’fast & we spend the entire day doing morning & afternoon game drives. Dinner & overnite.
03rd March
Maasai Serengeti - Ndutu
After our morning b’fast we head out with packed lunches, doing a game drive, on our way to Ndutu. We arrive doing a full day’s game drive at Lake Ndutu luxury tented Lodge. Soak in this fantastic ambience of our new home for the next 4 nights.
04,05 & 06th March
Ndutu
We spend the 3 days doing as many game drives as we please. We can either carry packed lunches & spend the entire day out or come back to our lodge for lunch. All meals & overnights at Lake Ndutu Luxury Tented Lodge
07th March
Ndutu - Arusha
After a relaxed b’fast & doing a small game drive we start making our way towards Arusha. We have our packed lunch at some scenic spot along the way. Arrive at Serena Lake Duluti in Arusha by evening. Dinner & overnite.
08th March
Arusha - Kilimanjaro
We can have a relaxed morning & a relaxed b’fast followed by lunch, post which we get dropped off to Kilimanjaro airport for our onward journey.
Zanzibar extension
08th March
Kilimanjaro / Arusha Airport - Zanzibar
We take either Precision air or a small plane from Arusha to Zanzibar. Arrive at our Hotel BlueBay Resort by late afternoon. Just kick back & relax for the rest of the day. Dinner & overnight.
09 & 10th March
Bluebay Zanzibar
We spend the next 2 days soaking in the sun & enjoying the pristine surroundings of this beautiful island. We can simply relax at the resort or you can choose to explore the island on your own. We can use a little time to go over our images & also do some beach photography.
11th March
Zanzibar Onwards...
Today after an early lunch we leave for Zanzibar airport for our onward journey. We leave this beautiful country with tons of special memories & some absolutely stunning images to cherish for the rest of our lives.
