Our Itinerary
28th May
Windhoek
Arrive at Windhoek, welcome and transfer to Am Weinberg Boutique hotel. Rest, Orientation, dinner at a popular restaurant with our guides and overnite.
29th May
Windhoek - Etosha
After b’fast we drive via the small towns of Okahandja, Otjiwarongo, Otavi & Tsumeb to the outskirts of the eastern boundary of Etosha National Park. Arrive late afternoon & rest of the evening at leisure. Photo discussion, Dinner & Overnite at Mushara Lodge.
30th May
Etosha National Park
Full day game drive in the eastern & central sections of Etosha shooting the various animals in these regions. We will have a picnic lunch in the park & return to our lodge in the evening. Dinner & Overnite at Mushara.
31st May
Etosha to Opuwo
After b’fast we drive through the towns of Ondangwa, Ongwediva & Oshakati to the Kunene Region. Arrive to our hotel late afternoon & the rest of the evening at leisure. Dinner & overnite at Opuwo Country hotel.
01st June
Opuwo to Damaraland
We step out to explore one or more authentic Himba settlements in the Opuwo area for some exciting photographic opportunities. Later we drive to Damaraland arriving at our lodge by evening. Dinner & overnight at Palmwag Lodge.
02nd June
Damaraland
Search for desert adapted elephants in the ephemeral river systems in the morning & afternoon we visit Twyfelfontein rock engravings. Dinner & overnight at Palmwag Lodge.
03rd June
Damaraland to Swakopmund via part of the Skeleton Coast
After an early breakfast we drive towards the Skeleton coast & visit the Cape Cross Seal reserve & the Zeila shipwreck arriving in Swakopmund by afternoon. Rest of the day at leisure. We can explore the town or just relax. Dinner & overnight at Hansa hotel or similar.
04th June
Walvis Bay & Sandwich Harbour
After an early b’fast we head for our full day excursion to Walvis Bay & Sandwich Harbour. Drive back to Swakopmund at the end of a mesmerizing experience. Dinner at a popular restaurant.
05th June
Swakopmund to Sossusvlei
Morning visit to Welwitschia Plains & then continue via Kuiseb & Gaub Canyons to Sossusvlei. We enter the park through the Sesriem gate & late afternoon we visit the Sesriem Canyon for some great landscape Photography. Dinner & overnight at Sossus Dune lodge.
06th June
Sossusvlei & Deadvlei
Pre-sunrise excursion to Sosussvlei & then to Deadvlei for some incredible landscape photography. Later we can enjoy a sundowner in the dunes. Overnight Sossus Dune lodge.
07th June
Sossusvlei
Another full day exploring the Namib desert. Overnight at Sossus Dune Lodge.
08th June
Namib to Luderitz
We drive via a section of the Namib Rand Nature reserve & through the stunning scenery of the Tiras Mountain Conservancy & towards the coastal town of Luderitz. Late afternoon visit Kolmanskop to photograph the abandoned homes which are taken over by the desert. Dinner at a popular restaurant & overnight at Nest Hotel.
09th June
Luderitz to Quivertree
Early morning revisit Kolmanskop for the morning light shots. Then we drive via Feral Horses & Aus to Keetmanshoop. We’ll visit the Quivertree Forest for yet another stunning landscape photo op & with clear skies we could even do some night sky photography. Overnight at Quivertree Forest Rest Camp.
10th June
Quivertree to Windhoek
We’ll see the cheetahs early morning. Post the cheetahs we drive to Windhoek arriving in the evening. Last dinner at a popular restaurant & overnight at Am Weinberg Boutique Hotel.
11th June
Windhoek onwards..
After a relaxed morning we pack up & head to the airport for our onward journey.

Cancellation prior to 90 days only bank charges will be deducted
Cancellations received less than 90 days prior to departure will be subject to
